THE CFA STORY
CFA was born from a simple observation: aspiring public safety professionals needed more than a gym membership and a study guide. They needed a community. They needed mentors who had walked the path. They needed structure, accountability, and real preparation for the physical and mental demands of a career in service.
Founded in Phoenix, Arizona, CFA brings together retired firefighters, police officers, military veterans, and paramedics who volunteer their time to guide the next generation. The program combines functional fitness, career coaching, interview preparation, and leadership development into a single ecosystem.
CFA does not promise a badge or a career. It builds the kind of person who is prepared to earn one.
